ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral Presentation

  • Oral presentations will be delivered using PowerPoint format (PPT or PPTX).
  • The time allocation for oral presentations is 8 (eight) minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A with judges and the audience.
  • Presentation slides should use the template provided by the Committee.
  • Presentation slides must be submitted via Google Form https://forms.gle/cgeTAe88zvM168rM6 no later than 30 June 2026
  • Oral presentation participants are expected to be in the room 15 minutes before the event begins.
  • The presenter for oral presentations is the principal researcher (1 person) from the authors of the scientific paper.
  • The schedule and room for Free Papers will be announced via the event website or email.

Poster Presentation

  • The content of the poster, according to the type of free paper, is as follows:
    Research: Title, Researchers’ Names, Affiliation, Introduction, Objectives, Research Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and Suggestions, References.
    Case Report: Title, Researchers’ Names, Affiliation, Introduction, Case Description, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
  • Posters must be submitted in JPEG image format, with the following specifications:
    • Poster size 2160 x 3840 pixels ( resolution 300 dpi ).
    • Portrait position, 9:16 aspect ratio
  • Poster Presentation time is 5 (five) minutes, including Q&A.
  • Submission of the e-poster file must be received by the committee no later than 30 June 2026, via Google Form https://forms.gle/pA6VjikRr7aNVCn26
  • The e-poster file to be submitted should ideally have been corrected, and no further changes should be made.
  • Poster presentation participants are expected to be in the room 15 minutes before the event begins.
  • The presenter for poster presentations is the principal researcher (1 person) from the authors of the scientific paper.
  • The schedule and room for Free Papers will be announced via the event website or email.
